A partial payment stays partial, so the balance is never wrong. aftergrid. creates a receipt for every payment you record.
Owners pay by bank transfer, in cash or however the committee accepts payment. You record each payment in aftergrid. against the right fee. There is no card gateway in between.
Card gateways keep a percentage of every payment, plus a fixed fee. When owners pay the committee directly, every euro reaches the building.
